PSMA generally does not accept requests directly from individuals. Instead, a referral is made through one of its nonprofit or healthcare partners. If you don’t already work with one, PSMA can help connect you with an appropriate referral agency.

You will see a garage door labeled PMHDC Southwest Medical Aid Distribution Center.
Eligibility
Contact the main number first, to see is the medical equipment you need is available.
Cities Served
Donations are accepted from all cities and counties in AZ. Both Maricopa and Pinal. However, durable medical equipment is provided to residents in Tucson only with zip code of 85713.
Acceptance Criteria
If you are donating a power chair, it needs to be in working order.
