Program Description
Seniors and adults with disabilities can borrow assistive health technology and rehabilitation equipment. Depending on current inventory, items typically include walkers, crutches, canes, manual wheelchairs and bathroom safety items like shower chairs or toilet risers. Call first to see if items are available at: (480) 962-5612. Available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Eligibility
Generally requires that individuals be aged 60 and older and they must reside in Gilbert, Tempe, Mesa and/or Chandler.

They service Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa and Tempe only.
Acceptance Criteria
Adults aged 60 and older, must reside within the East Valley service area of Aster Aging. They service Gilbert, Mesa Tempe and Chandler only.
